Cleanse and dry the area you’ll be treating, without applying other skincare steps. Apply a Spot Dot slightly larger than the blemish. After 8 hours, gently peel off and discard. Cleanse again and reapply if needed.
Woke up this morning and the big one on my chin had visibly flattened—the adhesive held through a full night of tossing and turning. They peel off cleanly without leaving that red, irritated ring like other patches I've tried.
I was skeptical about the 8-hour wear time, but after leaving one on overnight it peeled off cleanly and the blemish was noticeably flatter by morning. The dots are thin enough that I forgot I was even wearing them.
